In this factory, all the processes related to wheat were processed: cleaning, grain drying, wheat milling and bread production. It exported flour nationally, making Pedro Muñoz one of the main milling towns in the Southern Plateau until year 1984.
This factory was equipped with Austro-Hungarian milling machinery that dates back to the second half of the nineteenth century. Therefore, all the equipment is sorted out in three different floors, being the clearest sample of the milling process.
